Each guest waits about two minutes. Our standard station runs two presses with two printers, roughly 60 shirts an hour on each press, so a steady line clears 100+ an hour.
A 10×10 ft spot per station and two dedicated 120V circuits. We bring the presses, ink, blanks, tables and crew. A KICC hall, a hotel ballroom, a distillery floor or a tent at the track all work with the right power plan.
Six to ten weeks for most Louisville dates, since the gear ships freight from Fullerton and the crew flies in a day early. Derby week is its own case: book the Thursday-to-Saturday peak three to four months out. Short dates are still worth asking about.
