Whiskey Row is where Louisville's bourbon brands throw their nights: launches, tastings, distillery-hosted parties and rooftop receptions. Those guests came for the pour, not a t-shirt line, so the station there is usually smaller and dressier. Think a hat bar, a monogram machine or a DTF press with a short design menu.
Access is the tricky part. Power in these buildings is usually fine, but load-in means a freight elevator or stairs, and during Derby week the rooftop and hotel elevator slots book solid. We ask for the route from the curb to the room before anything ships from Fullerton, and the crew lands a day early to walk it.
What fits a bourbon night
- Live hat bar: a cap with the brand's patch, easy to carry out alongside a bottle.
- Live DTF: label art or a bottling date in full color on a shirt.
- Live screen printing: a single launch design when the crowd is big.
- Promo & hard goods: printed drinkware and totes that suit a tasting.
A Whiskey Row night often sits inside a larger downtown program. We also cover Downtown & Convention Center, NuLu (East Market), The Highlands, Old Louisville, and the rest of Louisville.
Tasting-room check: 10×10 ft per station, two circuits not shared with the bar, and a load-in route with elevator times in writing.
