A handful of event types come up again and again on the Louisville calendar, and each one wants a different station. Here's how we'd match them.
Louisville events and the station for each
- Kentucky Derby parties: a hat bar first, because guests dressed for the day won't wear a tee over the outfit. Totes for the infield crowd.
- Bourbon-trail and distillery events: embroidery or a hat bar for a tasting crowd, often on gravel yards that need level tables and long cord runs.
- Whiskey Row activations: a compact DTF press or hat bar that fits a rooftop or a tasting room reached by freight elevator.
- Kentucky International Convention Center expos: a two-press screen printing line in the booth, with power ordered through the venue.
- Cardinals game days: DTF for names and numbers, a press for one game-day design at volume.
- Galas and sponsor lounges: live embroidery, where 6 to 12 minutes a piece reads as a gift.
Throughput or keepsake
High-traffic formats like a KICC expo or a festival need a fast screen-print or DTF station to keep the line short. Smaller, dressier events do better with a hat bar or live embroidery. The Kentucky International Convention Center and the KFC Yum! Center hold the biggest crowds; hotel ballrooms and distillery event spaces hold most of the rest.

One kit, six kinds of Louisville event
Whatever the event, the station ships the same way: crated in Fullerton, trucked to your venue and built by a crew that lands the day before. What changes is the mix inside the crates.
