The usual custom tee order is a file upload, a size breakdown you have to guess, and boxes that show up a week later. Ours happen at the event. The guest names a size, the press runs your art, and about two minutes later the shirt is on.
Custom shirts, printed at the party
A station in a KICC booth, at a Whiskey Row brand night or beside a Derby party tent turns the shirt into part of the event. You skip the size forecast, and there's no pile of extra mediums to haul home afterward.
What we can print
- T-shirts: XS through 4XL on hand, each printed when someone asks for it.
- Fleece: hoodies and crews for a fall date or a cool spring night by the river.
- Caps: guests build their own at the live hat bar, often the better call at Derby.
- Totes and other goods: promo items for guests with enough shirts already.
A press or DTF for your shirts?
It comes down to the art. A simple mark repeated a few hundred times suits live screen printing. Photos, gradients or a name that changes per guest suit live DTF printing. If you're unsure, send the file and we'll call it.
Why it gets worn: people keep the shirt they stood in line for and watched come off the press. The one handed out of a box ends up in a drawer.

Louisville notes
What a Louisville tee station needs
One 10×10 ft spot per station and two circuits that aren't shared with anything else. Blanks come in a full XS to 4XL run, packed in Fullerton with the presses and trucked to your venue before the crew flies in.
