Most Louisville events come in between $5,000 and $15,000 all-in. The trip from Fullerton, freight for the kit plus the crew's flights and hotel, is billed once as a flat travel line. Because it doesn't scale per shirt, the numbers you control are how many guests you expect, how long we print and what they're printing on.
Where the money goes on a Louisville quote
- Guests: the headcount sets how many presses we crate and how many printers fly out to run them.
- Print window: three hours at a Highlands patio party is a small line. Three show days at the Kentucky International Convention Center is a big one.
- Blanks: a standard tee is the cheapest canvas, fleece costs more, and at a Derby party a cap often replaces the shirt.
- Extra stations: adding embroidery, a hat bar or a second press means more gear on the truck and another person on the floor.
- Derby week: crews, rentals and rooms across the metro are scarce, and Monday or Tuesday of that week usually prices lower than Thursday through Saturday.
The flat travel line is why size helps. At KICC, 600 guests don't cost double what 300 do, and the per-shirt figure drops as the headcount climbs. Send the date, venue and headcount for a real figure, or read how each line is built.
